If you got message about insufficient data provided during Formal WM-Passport issuance or personal data update you will have to:
- Create a ticket to WM-Passport Service.
Title your message as Additional check.
Message text must contain:
- Your WMID
- If you trying to get Formal WM-Passport, specify issuance purpose.
- Attach your photo where you hold passport in your hand (look at the picture);
- Be ready for a phone call of WM-Passport Service employee, in order to identify you as specified passport data bearer.
In some cases the applicant may be asked to provide a VideoID for verification.
