In case you get the key file read error or you get the Operation could not be completed:Login to WebMoney system notification or you have difficulties in specifying login password or you simply forgot it, you can recover your password.
Before making the request for restoring your password, try to initialize WM Keeper Classic and making sure you have the correct key file. Maybe you enter the correct password, but your service file are damaged and that is being the root of the error. Try to enter all possible login passwords, that you could have specified, and make sure you have the correct keyboard layout. Try to enter the password in other language, maybe you have specified the password using another keyboard layout. Keep in mind that the password is case sensitive, so bear in mind the difference between upper case and lower case characters. Do not confuse the login password with the registration cdoe, activation code and key access code – all these are different data.
If you haven’t managed to recover the login password on your own, then contact Technical support at support@wmtransfer.com it is obligatory to use the e-mail you specified as contact e-mail for the WMID, for which you specify the password. Specify the following in your message:
1. Subject of the message: Restoring WM Keeper Classic login password
2. Your WMID (mandatory)
3. All your variants for your login password (obligatory)
4. Your personal data
5. Did you change password and/or key file, if yes – when (approximately).
Try to remember and specify all possible password variants in your message. What words and/or numbers you could have used. Technical support cannot just send password to you, they can only suggest the correct variant from the ones listed by you, or correct your variant. If you do not have any ideas what your login password could be, then go through the Restoring access procedure for WM Keeper Classic.
The password is restored by Technical support only if you contact them from your contact e-mail. If you lost access to your contact e-mail, then you need to go through the procedure for restoring control over your WMID.
Keep in mind that you can recover only password for WM Keeper Classic via Technical support.
It is impossible to recover password for accessing WM Keeper Light. In the latter case, just login to your WM Keeper Light account via E-num (depending on your registration or login you use) and set up new password in security settings. You do not need to confirm your old password in that case.
