The requirements of documents confirming the residential address of WME owners

As proof of address the WME Guarantor accepts the following documents:

1. Current account bank statements or a letter of reference from your bank confirming the opening of your current account:

- You need to provide a copy of the document in colour, either a photocopy or a scanned copy;
- You should provide the original document sent to your postal address
OR
- The document should have been received by you personally in a bank branch and verified with a bank stamp and a signature of the bank`s representative;
- The date of issue of the document should be no older than 3 months;
- The document should include your full name and your current address;
- The document`s content should be written in Latin characters or in Cyrillic or you should provide a certified translation of the document into Russian OR English. If you provide a certified translation, the original document must meet the requirements of a bank statement or a letter of reference.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT handwritten documents and documents in electronic form, credit card statements, payment orders and savings books.

2. Utility bills

- You need to provide a copy of a document in colour, either a photocopy or a scanned copy;
- We accept utility bills for water, gas, electricity and landline phone;
- You should present an original document sent to you by ordinary post;
- The document`s date of issue should be no older than 3 months;
- The document should include your full name and your current address;
- The document`s content should be written in Latin characters or in Cyrillic or you should provide a certified translation of the document into Russian OR English. If you provide a certified translation, the original document must meet the requirements of a utility bill.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT handwritten documents and documents in electronic form, mobile phone bills, bills for the Internet and TV.

3. Certificate of registration at a place of residence issued by a statutory authority:

- You need to provide a copy of the document in colour, either a photocopy or a scan;
- We accept registration certificates issued by the Civil registry or a local government body of the following countries: Austria, Belarus, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Switzerland, Estonia and other countries upon prior agreement.

Examples of the acceptable documents: Meldebestaetigung, Meldebescheinigung, Certificate of registration at the place of residence No 9 issued by MFC or the District Passport Office; a certificate from the Demographic Register issued by the Centre for the Provision of Administrative Services or by a local body of the State Migration Service of Ukraine.

- The document received by you personally, stamped and signed by an authorised representative;
- The document`s date of issue should be no older than 3 months;
- The document should include your full name and your current address.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT handwritten documents and documents in electronic form and documents which do not present evidence of their authenticity and signs of certification.

4. The passport page confirming an internal residence permit (“propiska”) (only for citizens of Ukraine and the Russian Federation):

- You need to provide a copy of the document in colour, either a photocopy or a scan;
- A copy of the page with an internal residence permit may only be accepted if provided together with a copy of the front page of your passport.

As proof of a current address, the WME Guarantor accepts only the documents specified above.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT handwritten documents and documents in electronic form, mobile phone bills, bills for internet and television, credit card statements, driving license, payment orders, identification Cards such as Personalausweis and other types of ID cards, payment books.
