Restoring Access to the Transact Automation Tool

To restore access a free-form application filled on the official letterhead of the organization should be provided in person or sent by mail to the Verification Centre by the current Administrator of the automation tool . The application must be signed by the Administrator of the automation tool. The application will be accepted only if the Administrator is not expired.

If the application is provided in person:

  • the Administrator must have the original ID with him for verification.

If the application is sent by mail:

  • the Administartor's signature on the application must be notarized.
  • a copy of the Administrator's ID must be attached to the application.
