Nobel Notice of Redemption of Funds

Dear Customer,

As you are aware, the payment and electronic money services (“Services”) are currently provided to you by Nobel Financial Limited (“Nobel”), which is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) as a financial institution in terms of the Financial Institutions Act, Chapter 376 of the Laws of Malta and which forms part of the WebMoney Transfer System.

Due to reasons beyond our control, the Services provided by us will be terminated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and the account which you have with us (“Account”) will be closed on the 25-07-2022 (“Termination Date”).

You can withdraw all of your funds using one of the available withdrawal methods and close your Account with us at any time before the Termination Date.

If you do not withdraw your funds and close your Account, the following actions will automatically be taken on the Termination Date:

1. your Account will be closed;
2. your funds will be withdrawn from your Account held by Nobel and transferred to your Euro WME wallet which you have on the WebMoney Transfer System through Paymaster24 Ltd, an institution licensed by the Financial Conduct Authority to act as a payment institution.
