I have not received verification code
If you have not received the verification code to your mailbox try the following:
- Make sure that your mailbox is working. Check the "Junk Mail" folder, the message with the registration code can be there.
- Wait for a while as sometimes it takes several hours for a message to get into your mailbox.
- Go to the settings of your mailbox and add 'start@wmtransfer.com' to the list (White list) of allowed or trusted emails.
- Contact your mail provider and find out why you have not received the message sent to you (from start@wmtransfer.com) and what you need to do to receive such a message quickly and automatically next time.
If these steps did not help, then you probably just made a mistake when entering your e-mail.
If you are sure you have specified your email correctly, we recommend using another e-mail for registration.
