I have lost access to my account in the E-num service
When users lose access to an account in the E-num service or E-num client they can go through the restoration procedure on their own or with the help of the technical support service.
- If you can not log in to the E-num account because you lost access to E-num client, you can get a new activation code of the E-num client;
- If you lost access to the phone number which you used during the registration in E-num service, you can own update the phone number in your E-num account;
- If you lost access to the he primary email address which you used during the registration in E-num service you can own update the primary email address.
- If you were unable to restore access to your E-num account with one of the above ways you will need to contact E-num's customer, please create a ticket to E-num Technical Support
