How do I change my phone number in e-num

Members of the System that use the E-num authorization service can update phone their number in their E-num accounts on their own.

You can be update phone number in E-num account in the following cases:

1. E-NUM account has never been used
2. E-NUM account has been used before and the access to the E-num client is available
3. E-NUM account has been used before and there is no access to the E-num client

1. Updating the phone number in an E-num account that has never been used in the past 6 months.

Follow the link http://e-num.com/ChangePhone, specify your email address which you used when registered in the E-num service. Click "Submit" button.

If your account has not been used for more than 6 months, you will get a notification that further instructions for updating the phone number were sent to your e-mail address.

Enter your new phone number and click "Submit" button

Enter the code sent to your new phone number

Then you will get a notification that the phone number is successfully updated in the E-num account.

2. Updating phone number if the access to the E-num client is available

An obligatory condition of successful phone number update is the presence of an active connection between your WMID and the current E-num account. E-num confirmation methods should be enabled.

Phone number updating should be performed as follows:

  • First it is necessary to update the phone number in the passport of the WMID that is operated by means of the given E-num account. See: Phone number update.

  • Go to the "WebMoney" section and confirm your new phone number.

3. Updating phone number if there is no access to the E-NUM client

An obligatory condition of successful phone number update is the presence of an active connection between your WMID and the current E-num account. E-num confirmation methods should be enabled.

Phone number updating should be performed as follows:

  • First it is necessary to update the phone number in the passport of the WMID that is operated by means of the given E-num account. See: Phone number update.
  • Confirm your phone number updating operation in your E-num account by clicking "Set phone number..."

  • Then you will get a notification that the phone number +xxxxxx is successfully updated in the E-num account.

If you get the E-num undefined' error when authorizing on the Security service website this means there is no active connection between your WMID and E-num account (E-num authorization and operations confirmation function has been disabled).
