Change of administrator for Capitaller registered by the simplified scheme

The process of administrator change consists of the transfer of share to new administrator and further voting for the appointment of new Administrator.

1. Transfer of share to new administrator

Current administrator should be added to the list of correspondents of new administrator. Current administrator should login at the page https://www.shareholder.ru/Portfolio.aspx, press the tab “Transfer shares” and choose Capitaller, specify WMID of new administrator, 1 share and check the box “transfer free of charge” for free transfer. Click “Save” button and confirm the action. In case of necessity sign in with additional confirmation and repeat the actions.

2. Voting for the appointment of new Administrator

New administrator should login at the page https://www.shareholder.ru/VotingsList.aspx, choose Capitaller, press the tab “Suggest a voting” and choose the type of voting “new administrator appointment”. The necessary data will be filled in by default, click “Save” button and confirm the action.
