WM Keeper Mobile users with passports lower than initial and only with WM-purses received after registering with WM Keeper Mobile have the following financial restrictions imposed:
Maximum amount on all purses cannot exceed 15000 WMR (or in any other currency at the rate of Central Bank). If, as a result of funds transfer to a purse, the maximum amount is exceeded on purses, then it will be impossible to complete such a transaction.
The maximum amount of one transaction from one purse is 1000 WMR (or in any other currency at the rate of Central Bank of Russian Federation at the day of payment). There are no financial restrictions for transactions in the telepay.wmtransfer.com service (including services provided by WM Keeper Mobile application).

WM Keeper Classic, Keeper Light, Keeper Mini purses or purses added to operation modes via Keeper Mobile do not have the financial restrictions specified above.
To avoid financial restrictions you must obtain initial or higher passport or change operation mode to WM Keeper Classic.
