Top-Up

The Top-Up service allows adding funds to WME purses through pre-paid Paysafecard card and UKash vouchers.
You can access the Top-Up service at the following address: http://top-up.wmtransfer.com.

This service can be accessed and used only in those countries where Paysafecard cards and UKash vouchers are sold officially in physical stores, in other words, not through the Internet.

Adding funds to an E-purse

To add funds to your WME purse, you have to:

authorize;

choose the top-up amount;

enter the details of the card/voucher:

• for Paysafecard cards, you have to enter the card’s PIN code;
• for UKash vouchers, you have to enter the 19-digit voucher number and its price without indicating the currency.

Users of WM Keeper Light have to activate their WM Keeper Light in order to use the Top-Up service.

The following restrictions are imposed on top-up sums:

• Owners of Alias or Formal passports without a verified mobile phone number cannot top up more than 10 Euro in a day.
• Owners of Formal or Initial passports with a verified mobile phone number cannot top up more than 50 Euro in a day.
• Owners of Personal passports cannot top up more than 200 Euro in a day.
• Owners of Merchant passports cannot top up more than 2000 Euro in a day.
