Top-Up

Top-Up service allows adding funds to WME purses by pre-paid Paysafecard card and UKash vouchers.
You can access Top-Up service at the following address: http://top-up.wmtransfer.com.

This service can be accessed and used only in those countries where Paysafecard cards and UKash vouchers are sold officially in ground sale points, i.e. not via Internet.

Adding funds to E-purse

To add funds to your WME purse, you have to:

authorize;

choose top-up amount;

enter details of the card/voucher:

• for Paysafecard card you have to enter card’s pin-code;
• for UKash voucher you have to enter 19-digit voucher’s number and its price without stating the currency.

Users of WM Keeper Light have to activate their WM Keeper Light in order to use Top-Up service.

The following restrictions are imposed on top-up sum:

• Owners of Alias or Formal passports without verified mobile phone number can top up not more than 10 Euro in a day.
• Owners of Formal or Initial passports with verified mobile phone number can top up not more than 50 Euro in a day.
• Owners of Personal passports can top up not more than 200 Euro in a day.
• Owners of Merchant passport can top up not more than 2000 Euro in a day.
