Possible reasons of the error and how to correct it
1. Possibly, service files were damaged, try to initialize the program, but before make sure that you have a correct key file.
2. If, after re-initialization the error remains, then check that you enter the correct WMID during login.
3. Another reason, possibly, is that you enter a wrong login password. Try all possible variant of access code, which you could have specified, check the keyboard layout, try to enter the password in other language – you could have specified the password using another keyboard layout. Keep in mind that the password is case-sensitive, so bear in mind the difference between upper case and low case characters. Do not confuse login password with Registration code, Activation Code and key file access code – all these are different passwords.
4. You specify a wrong Key file during software initialization, for example, key file from other WMID or old key that you saved before changing the key in WM Keeper Classic security settings last time.
If you haven’t managed to correct the error on your own, then you need to restore WM Keeper Classic login password. After restoring the password, initialize WM Keeper Classic. In case when you enter the correct login password, but the problem remains, then you enter a wrong key file. Make sure that the key file is not outdated, and it is exactly for this WMID. You can also check your key file via Technical support by sending a message from your contact e-mail with the description of the situation to support@wmtransfer.com and attaching your key file to the message and specifying your WMID.
