Registrar passport

registrar_32x32-32.png A Registrar passport has the highest status as compared to other passports issued to WebMoney Transfer members. A Registrar passport may be issued to a personal passport holder only after a personal meeting with the Verification Center representative in Moscow, concluding the “Agency Agreement” with WM Transfer Ltd., the system operator, and paying the guarantee fee in the amount of 2000 WMZ.
To get a Registrar passport, an applicant must participate in the Verification Center Partner Program issuing personal and initial passports.
A Registrar passport holder can act as an arbitrator of the Arbitration Service.

Please note that, to obtain a Registrar passport, you must be a WebMoney Transfer member at least for a year and have BL not less than 50.
