The operator is in charge of organizational and technical system integrity, its smooth operation and accounting of all transactions conducted in the system. Currently, the operator is WM Transfer Ltd., which is WebMoney Transfer developer, owner and administrator. The operator also develops, deploys and ensures smooth running of system services, updates and releases WM Keeper. The operator supports registration of new guarantors in the system and their interaction with users, maintains system reporting and provides users with statistical data related to each guarantor and to general system activities. The operator is in charge of security issues and integrity of all information existing in the system; it provides technical support of members and ensures self-management interface availability for system members.
