Opening Account for a Company

WebMoney Transfer offers various ways for business account users to work with us, either as companies or as individual entrepreneurs. The integration of any of the options we offer is free of charge; technical implementation of the service is supported by the WebMoney integration team. In any event, the mandatory requirement for opening an account is an active website that clearly shows the goods/work/services that the Merchant company provides.

Option 1 (Processing)

The processing service is the simplest. It is designed for those companies and service providers who mainly receive incoming payments for their goods/services. All receipts of WME/WMZ are handled by the agent (that is, by WebMoney Transfer). The Merchant receives real time information about payments received. The funds received for a given payment period are sent to the Merchant by bank transfer, after deduction of the agent’s commission. Transaction statements for the reporting period are sent to the Merchant in electronic or physical form.

As a company that chooses the processing service you do not have to keep track of WMZ or WME received from customers, neither do you have to apply for a WebMoney passport or register for the Megastock catalog – we will take care of all of this for you! The agent’s commission is agreed when the contract is negotiated and can vary between 1.5% and 2.5%, depending on the revenue of the Merchant company. The processing service takes very little time to set up and register and requires no special knowledge. If you already use WebMoney Settlements, you can load funds into your purse from the WebMoney Processing service purse.

Option 2 (Settlements)

WebMoney Settlements – this service provides online businesses (Merchants and Dealers/agents) with the ideal solution for dealing with clients who are also members of the WebMoney Transfer system. The service is based on an agency model in which you entrust us to send payments to your clients on your behalf. Using this service means that you will not have to register or top-up WebMoney wallets. You will be provided with a special service account from which you can authorize payments to be sent to your clients. Deposits into this account can be made by normal wire transfer with a fixed commission of 1% for each deposit (but no more than 1000 USD/EUR). If you already use the WebMoney Processing service you can use your funds to top-up WebMoney Settlements service purses.

Option 3 (Capitaller)

This option is designed for businesses that not only receive incoming payments, but also transfer/pay out WebMoney to other users (as salaries, for example). Implementation of this service, unlike the processing service, is a little more complex.

On WebMoney, accounts are always registered to individuals, and the transfer of a WMID to another person is forbidden by the system rules. Often, the director of a company, or other legal entity, is not able to personally manage the WMID registered in the company’s name. Moreover, a change of the director or the authorized representative will mean having to register anew. This can lead to the loss of clients and a fall in Business Level (BL). Capitaller solves this problem. On Capitaller.ru, you can create an Automated Accounting Tool that allows you to run your account collectively, and gives you the ability to transfer account ownership/management rights. Your registration in our Megastock catalog and on Merchant.webmoney.ru, as well as on the Business Level indicator, will remain the same.

To make use of this method, you must have a personal passport for an individual representing the company. If this condition is satisfied, the company can create an Automated Accounting Tool on Capitaller and be registered on WebMoney as a legal entity (you can read more about registration and Automated Accounting Tools in the article on the topic).

If you already have a personal passport for an individual:

1.1 Please register for an Automated Accounting Tool and send a request to capitaller@wmtransfer.com
complete with your WMID and other contact details. Our manager will contact you for additional documents and merchant information.

List of required documents:

  • Company’s certificate of incorporation (notarized);
  • Document proving/showing director’s authorization (notarized);
  • Copy of merchant representative’s passport (normal copy, does not need to be notarized);
  • Application form and a power of attorney (if applicable), notarized.

1.2 You will then need to upload copies of the documents to the Capitaller service. As soon as we have verified them, you will receive the appropriate agreements for WMZ/WME Purchase and Sale.
1.3 As soon as we receive these documents and a set of signed agreements, you can start using the Automated Accounting Tool to deposit/withdraw WebMoney funds.
1.4 You will then need to upload copies of the documents to the Capitaller service. As as soon as we verify them, you will receive the appropriate agreements for WMZ/WME Purchase and Sale.
1.5 As soon as we receive these documents and a set of signed agreements, you can start using the Automated Accounting Tool to deposit/withdraw WebMoney funds.

If you don’t have an individual personal passport yet, you should do the following:

2.1 Please send a request to info@wmtransfer.com containing a description of the company, including details of the goods/services that you offer, and your website URLs. We will verify the data provided.
2.2 Register on the WebMoney Transfer system as an individual. Important: please use Keeper Classic or Light only!
2.3 Apply for a formal passport.
2.4 Provide the following notarized documents:

  • Copy of the merchant representative’s passport;
  • Application for the receipt of a personal passport with notarized signature.
    2.5 As soon as we receive your complete set of required documents, we will issue you with a personal passport and you can go to step 1 (in the list above).

Withdrawal of WMZ/WME funds from the automated Budget tool to your company’s bank account.
To withdraw your funds use WM Keeper. Make a transaction from your automated Budget tool’s Z/E-purse to the Z/E-purse of the company with whom you have made the agreement.

Please write: “per agreement #YOUR COMPANY’S WMID and the Date of the agreement. Name of your company and bank account number of your company” as a comment to the transaction. After we receive the payment, we will transfer your funds to your company’s bank account.

Load WMZ/WME funds to your Budget automated tool

To load WMZ/WME to your Budget automated tool make a transfer from your company’s bank account specified in the agreement to our company’s bank account. You will receive banking details of our company after we get and check agreements signed from your side.

Please write “YOUR COMPANY’S WMID/Z or E purse and Date of the agreement” as a comment to the transaction. After we receive the payment, we will transfer your funds to your automated Budget tool.
