Mentor

Mentor service is designed to manage tasks performed by WebMoney Transfer members.

The service algorithm is quite simple: a Customer creates a task to be performed by an Executor and appoints an Inspector who is to control the task performance and check the task as a performed one. For every task, a Customer may define the amount to be paid to the Executor and the Inspector after the task is performed.

Every task has a Customer, an Executor, and an Inspector. The Customer creates a task (defines a task scope, a deadline, and, if necessary, a remuneration amount), and appoints the Executor and the Inspector. After the task is performed, the Inspector controls quality of the work done, and checks the task as a performed one. If the task includes remuneration, the Executor and the Inspector receive the due amounts that are transferred from the Customer’s purse after the task is performed.

The Customer may appoint an Executor or an Inspector only among the WebMoney Transfer members that have issued him/her a permit for such appointments.

Service Usage

Creating the Task
To create a new task, the Customer may use Mentor service web-interface (Tasks section, Add item) or WM Keeper Classic menu (open the context menu against Executor’s WMID and select Webmoney.Mentor→Add task). In the window that opens, enter the task name, deadline, and detailed description, then choose the executor and the inspector. If the Customer intends to evaluate Executor’s work results by himself, the Customer can appoint himself as an inspector by checking I box.

The Customer must define the remuneration amount for the Executor and the Inspector, and specify the purse, from which these amounts are to be transferred.

After clicking Save the Executor and the Inspector receive internal mail messages of the service about the assigned task.

Upon receiving the task message, the Executor and the Inspector must accept the conditions by clicking “Accept” and specifying the purse to receive funds to. If they accept the conditions, the funds are transferred with the protection code.

Performing the Task
Current tasks that are created, controlled, or performed by a user can be traced either at the service site or in Mentor.Webmoney→My Tasks (or Nearest tasks) Keeper menu. Users having multiple tasks can prefer user-friendly context menu of Correspondents tab (Webmoney.Mentor→Tasks list), where you can choose tasks related to a certain WMID.

You can provide comments about the task progress at the detailed description page.

The task is considered to be performed after the inspector checks the task as performed (Confirm performance button in the controlled task detailed description window).

Receiving the Remuneration
Upon being closed, the service automatically completes code protected transactions transferring the due amounts to the Executor and the Inspector.

Non-fulfillment of the Task in Due Time
If the task is not fulfilled in due time, funds are returned automatically.
