Consultant of the WebMoney Transfer system.

System consultant is an experienced WebMoney Transfer user, capable of providing paid consulting to other users on how to register and work in the system.
Consultants must meet the following requirements:

• have passport not lower than personal and BL (Business level) not lower than 10;
• fill in additional information about conditions of providing consulting services.
