To add funds to R-purses via terminals (machines) of instant payment and for most depositing-withdrawing operations with R and U purses it is necessary to authorize them. Authorization of your purse is your agreement with the “AGREEMENT ON SALES OF FUNDS”. As an anonymous participant cannot sign the agreement, he/she is required to have Formal (or higher) passport.
To authorize an R purse, go to Webmoney.Banking service site, click the “Authorize” link next to the required purse in the list and accept the given agreement. Before navigating to the required page, you may be asked to “authorize”, but do not be confused as this is the authorization of WMID on this site and it has nothing to do with purse authorization.
If you do not have Formal or higher passport, you can obtain it on the Verification center site.
Besides mandatory fields in the application for obtaining a passport, to authorize a purse you must additionally fill in fields City of permanent residence and Address of permanent residence.
To verify whether your purse was authorized go to the same authorization page. If in the row next to your purse you see a date (date when you accepted the agreement), then your purse was authorized.
Authorization of R purse is available only for residents of Russian Federation.
When authorizing R purse for a legal person, it is forbidden to add funds to this purse via terminals (machines) of instant payment.
The process of authorizing a U-purse is the same: it is necessary to authorize on the special page of WMU banking and accept the “Agreement on concession of legal claims and their registration”.
