When saving keys in the E-num account I receive an error about previously saved keys in the E-num account or the keys are saved in another E-num account

To change your email address you must complete several steps.

You must save the login keys under the new email address.

To do so delete the keys from the old email address. But when doing that you will temporarily lose the ability to log in through E-num so make sure that you have saved the keys to a file and can use them temporarily. Then write to us.

Then you must change the email in the Verification Centre to the one that you want to use.

Next save the keys in E-num (they will be saved to the email address you specified in the Verification Centre).

Then write to us again on the security site to change your email address for login and payment confirmation.
