WebMoney Keeper Mobile financial restrictions

WM Keeper Mobile users with passports lower than initial and only with WM-purses received after registering with WM Keeper Mobile have the following financial restrictions imposed:

1 Maximum amount on all purses cannot exceed 15000 WMR (or in any other currency at the rate of Central Bank). If, as a result of funds transfer to a purse, the maximum amount is exceeded on purses, then it will be impossible to complete such a transaction.

2 The maximum amount of one transaction from one purse is 1000 WMR (or in any other currency at the rate of Central Bank of Russian Federation at the day of payment). There are no financial restrictions for transactions in the telepay.wmtransfer.com service (including services provided by WM Keeper Mobile application).

3 General financial restrictions for transactions are similar to limits for WebMoney Keeper Standard

WM Keeper WinPro (Classic), Keeper WebPro, Keeper Standard purses or purses added to operation modes via Keeper Mobile do not have the financial restrictions specified above.

To avoid financial restrictions you must obtain initial or higher passport or change operation mode to WM Keeper WinPro.

The 24-hour Limit: is the maximum value (which can not be exceeded) that may be requested by trusted WMID to be transferred from the nominated Purse in any 24-hour period. For example, the 24-hour limit set up for Purse X and trusted WMID Y equals 1 WMZ. If the trusted WMID has transferred 1 WMZ on January 24 2007 at 23:59 (11:59 p.m.), it means that he has used his limit and next transfer can't take place earlier than at 23:59 (11:59 p.m.) on January 25.

Daily Limit: is the maximum value (which can not be exceeded) that may be requested by trusted WMID to be transferred from the nominated Purse within a current day. For example, the daily limit set up for Purse X and trusted WMID Y equals 1 WMZ. If the trusted WMID has transferred 1 WMZ on January 24 2007 at 23:59 (11:59 p.m.), it means that he has used his limit and next transfer can't take place earlier than at 00:00 on January 25, which is considered to be the day, next to the transaction date. See the schedule of total transactions, performed during the current date in the brackets.

Weekly Limit: is the maximum value (which can not be exceeded) that may be requested by trusted WMID to be transferred from the nominated Purse within one week. For example, the weekly limit set up for Purse X and trusted WMID Y equals 1 WMZ. If the trusted WMID has transferred 1 WMZ on January 24 2007 at 23:59 (11:59 p.m.), it means that he has used his limit and next transfer can't take place earlier than 00:00 on January 28. Attention! Calendar week lasts from Sunday to Saturday (International standard)! See the schedule of total transactions, performed during the current week in the brackets.

Monthly Limit: is the maximum value (which can not be exceeded) that may be requested by trusted WMID to be transferred from the nominated Purse within one month. For example, the monthly limit set up for Purse X and trusted WMID Y equals 1 WMZ. If the trusted WMID has transferred 1 WMZ on January 24 2007 at 23:59 (11:59 p.m.), it means that he has used his limit and next transfer can't take place earlier than 00:00 on February 01. See the schedule of total transactions, performed during the current week in the brackets.
