Transact Automation Tool data update procedure

Phone number and e-mail address update procedure

In order to update phone number or e-mail address of Transact Automation Tool, actual administrator needs to provide in person or via postal delivery to WM Passport Service Center an application form prepared in any format on official company's blank. Application form must be signed by Transact Automation tool administrator. Application will be accepted only if administrator's terms of office is non-expired.

If application form provided in person:

  • Administrator needs original passport or ID document for means of verification.

If application form provided via postal delivery:

  • Administrator signature on the application form must be certified by any local notary public.
  • Transact Automation Tool Administrator passport copy must be enclosed to the application form.

Transact Automation Tool administrator update procedure

For Transact Automation Tool administrator update company’s director needs to provide in person or via regular postal delivery to WM Passport Service Center following documents:

If documents provided personally by director:

  1. Application form and application form prepared in any format with query to update Transact Automation Tool update. Both application forms prepared with company’s official seal and director’s signature.
  2. If company registered outside Russian Federation: needs document copy, that confirms director’s authority and original document for verification.
  3. If new administrator is NOT a director there must be: power of attorney for authorized employee on company’s official blank (with official company’s seal and Directors’ signature on it, power of attorney contains company’s WMID).
  4. If new administrator did not get Personal WM-Passport there must be: application for personal WM-Passport issuance (administrator signs the application form, and there must be personal WMID of administrator specified) and passport copy with original document for verification.
    If documents are provided by director, but Transact Automation Tool administrator is an authorized employee, administrator’s signature on the application form for Personal WM-Passport must be certified at any local notary public office.

If documents provided via postal delivery:

  1. Application form and application form prepared in any format with query to update Transact Automation Tool update. Both application forms prepared with company’s official seal and director’s signature.
    Directors signature on both documents must be certified at local notary public office.
  2. If company is registered outside Russian Federation: needs document copy, that confirms director’s authority and original document for verification.
  3. If new administrator is NOT a director there must be: power of attorney for authorized employee on company’s official blank (with official company’s seal and Directors’s signature on it, power of attorney contains company’s WMID). Director’s signature must be certified on the application form at any local notary public office.
  4. If new administrator did not get Personal WM-Passport there must be: certified application for personal WM-Passport issuance (administrator signs the application form, and there must be personal WMID of administrator specified).
  5. If new administrator did not get Personal WM-Passport there must be: passport copy (does not require notarial certification).

Company’s name change procedure

Matter of company’s name change procedure is conducted only after personal query to guarantor, which has signed contract of service.
