Arbitration

Arbitration is a permanent service designed to resolve conflicts arising between WebMoney Transfer members.

The consideration of disputes held by the Arbitration service is aimed to ensure:
  • the protection of rights and interests of system members and the system itself;
  • fast and cost-efficient dispute settlement procedures;
  • the maintaining of partnership relations of the parties in dispute in spite of the conflict existing between them.
Main Arbitration functions:
  • Registration, consideration and passing of judgments related to complaints that may be submitted by both system members and Internet users not registered in the system. This category includes any complaints against system members practicing illegal, wrongful or immoral online conduct using WM properties (fraud, spamming, copyright infringement, etc.).
  • Registration, consideration and passing of judgments related to complaints submitted by system members adversely affected by another members’ actions as a result of any conflicting WM transactions executed between them. This category includes complaints caused by non-recognition of payments, rejection of obligations for receiving payments (refusals to provide goods or services), objection against the executing of payments (in case of funds theft from the purse), etc.
  • Registration of contracts – electronic documents created by WebMoney Transfer members and published on the Arbitration Service website. Contracts define the rights and obligations of the parties to sales transactions conducted using WebMoney Transfer technologies, e.g.: product suppliers or service providers and buyers, money lenders and borrowers, etc. WebMoney Transfer Arbitration takes into accounts contract terms and conditions when resolving the disputes arising between transaction parties.
